Our rosé is made predominantly from Chardonnay, which makes up the bulk of the blend, with a touch of Pinot Noir vinified in red.

The white fruits then reveal themselves gently, letting the fresh, juicy pear and plum express fully. Subtle hints of crushed strawberry add further complexity of fruit. On the palate, the fruity flavours linger, while citrus takes over, bringing a vibrant liveliness. A subtle toasted aroma unfolds with finesse, along delicate touches of spice adding depth to the experience.
