Tasting

Notes

Right from the first nose, seductive aromas of warm brioche, crunchy biscuit and velvety whipped cream rise elegantly. The white fruits then reveal themselves gently, letting the fresh, juicy pear and plum express fully. Subtle hints of crushed strawberry add further complexity of fruit. On the palate, the fruity flavours linger, while citrus takes over, bringing a vibrant liveliness. A subtle toasted aroma unfolds with finesse, along delicate touches of spice adding depth to the experience. The finish, marked by a hint of chalkiness and saltiness, reveals a mineral and persistent character, delicately extending the pleasure.
