The nose first reveals generous aromas of warm brioche, delicate biscuit and unctuous whipped cream. Gradually, white fruit takes centre stage, with fresh, juicy pear and white peach taking centre stage. On the palate, the fruit once again dominates, but this time it's the citrus fruit that shines through. An elegant toasty undertone subtly follows, with hints of spice rounding off the experience. The finish, punctuated by chalky, salty notes, adds depth and lingering freshness, enriching every moment of this tasting journey.
